Tadd Brewer

Founder

Professional Experience Meets Championship Mentality. Tadd's journey from small-town competitor to top-level baseball player & coach defines everything that Full Send stands for. While his pro playing days ended, his passion never faded. Instead, he shifted his focus to mentoring, coaching, and shaping the next generation of athletes.

Joanna is the heart of Full Send's family-first culture. With a background in community building and a passion for youth development, she ensures every athlete and family feels at home.

A former college player at Lipscomb and Young Harris, Ethan combines playing experience with a passion for player development to help athletes reach their potential.

Megan is a CSCS‑certified strength coach with a Master’s degree in Health & Human Performance and a background in collegiate basketball. She has led a college strength and conditioning program and specializes in helping young athletes build the strength, speed, and durability they need to compete with confidence.

Pitching Coordinator & Physical Therapist

Ryan combines high-level baseball experience with physical therapy expertise to help athletes throw harder, move better, and stay healthy. A former University of Tennessee pitcher and Toronto Blue Jays draft pick, he specializes in rehab, biomechanics, and pitching development for throwing athletes.
